As part of our commitment to advance the welfare of both American and Philippine businesses in the country, we would like to know how AmCham Philippines can continue to be a platform for you to connect with leaders and peers in the business community, as well as provide you with a 360-degree view of the Philippine Business Ecosystem.

We are currently assessing the overall performance of our committees and are seeing to make them more inclusive to all our members.

The deadline for submissions is on Nov. 30, 2018.

How to Take this Survey

1.) Download the Committee Survey form above.

2.) Click the provided checkboxes corresponding to the committees you'd like to receive news from.

3.) Once complete, Save the file.

  • If using Adobe Acrobat, just click on File > Save and you should be able to save it anywhere on your computer.
  • If using Microsoft Edge (Internet Explorer), right click the any space on .PDF and click Save as, then rename the file as preferred.

4.) For your answers, you may either upload the file to this page or send the file to our Program Manager, Victoria Co.
